At CoreLogic, we're always looking for ways to improve the digital experience for our customers. We value customer feedback, as it has enabled us to redesign our market-leading RPNZ platform to deliver the functionality our users want.
Here are some of the upcoming features to watch out for, custom-designed to help you get the most out of RPNZ.
We've rebuilt RPNZ's search functionality to incorporate our cutting-edge ‘rapid search' technology. From mid- August, it will be faster than ever to search for a property and get the information you need.
New search options
We're expanding the ways you can search for a property. So, as well as address searches, you'll be able to search by council area or territorial authority – making it even easier to find the property you're looking for.
Enhanced search filters
To help target your searches, we've added quantity ranges to our Bed, Bath, Car and Land Size filters. You can also now sort your search results by Last Sold Date.
Plus, our For Sale, For Rent and Recent Sale filters will be aligned with the latest property data, so you can be confident you're getting timely information.
As part of this upgrade, we'll also be launching new search filters for:
- Property Sub Type
- Land Use
- Last Settlement Date
- New For Rent Listing Date.
In September, we'll be introducing a CSV Export option. This advanced functionality will enable you to export data so you can analyse it offline.
All you'll need to do is search and select the list of properties you want to export. Then, you can configure and download your export file in seconds.
Early next year our mapping tools will benefit from a significant upgrade. This is one of the developments our users have requested most, and we're excited to share more details about this with you very soon.
We want to hear from you
As we roll out these new features and continue refining RPNZ, we look forward to hearing your feedback. This will help ensure we're delivering a seamless online experience that meets all your property search needs. Send us your feedback from within RPNZ via the links in the top right and bottom right corners of the screen
