About Us

Our Culture

We come from all walks of life, all backgrounds, and all cultures

CORELOGIC IS MADE UP OF OVER 5,000 EMPLOYEES GLOBALLY

We're united by a shared passion – the drive to give our customers valuable insights through data and next generation technology.

This has forged a culture built on innovation, creativity and problem solving. And together, this gives our customers the solutions they need to make better property-based decisions.

Diversity and inclusion

Our people are our strength. Their ideas. Their talent. Their curiosity. It all comes together to create a team of exceptional diversity.

It’s important to us that every employee knows how valued they are. So, we nurture an inclusive culture in three ways:

Be you

At CoreLogic, we celebrate unique. Every person on our team is valued for who they are, and encouraged to bring their real self to work and life.

Belong here

Each employee is empowered to achieve their full potential – to evolve and belong, in a workplace that is safe, inclusive, welcoming and accessible.

Build better, together

We want to create change beyond our own walls.

To do this, we leverage our products, data, suppliers, customer relationships and networks to create positive change.

By collaborating with our customers and communities, we know we can create change, together.

What our people say

"When we had the diversity event, it was clear this is what we stand for – and it felt like we were saying, 'This is who we are' and 'This is what we stand for'."

"They supported me through an illness. I am very grateful for that. I could focus on getting better and my health, not whether I could pay the bills or whether I had a job to come back to. They covered all of that."

"We make sure no one misses out on something that’s important to them, and it’s beautiful to share in that – from Ramadan to Pride."

Leadership principles

At CoreLogic, it’s not just about what we do. What really matters is why we do it and how it benefits our customers. Our leadership principles set us apart, laying the foundations for everything we do.

Our Values

Come as you are, be true to yourself, and bring original ideas. We are stronger because of our differences and the unique experiences each of us brings. We value individuality, diversity, inclusiveness, and equity.

Operate with empathy and integrity. When we put people first, we build better relationships, trust, and resiliency. In turn, this sustains stronger communities.

Take personal initiative, own the results, learn from mistakes, and always look to improve. When we commit to improve something every day, we positively impact individuals, businesses, and society.

Clients are our North Star. We strive to know their businesses as well as our own. We co-create and collaborate to grow businesses and relationships. When that happens, we all win.

How we create change

As a global leader, we are committed to making a positive impact on the communities in which we operate. To help us achieve this, we participate in community initiatives and engage in partnerships with organisations that share our values and vision.

We announced a new and exciting partnership with Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) in 2019. RMHC aims to provide support to families of children who are seriously ill and require hospital care. With their help these families are provided with accommodation in RMHC homes on site, or in close proximity to major hospitals.

Our people regularly volunteer for working bees and cooking meals for families in RMHC accommodation, helping cook meals for these families.

We are a proud supporter of Habitat for Humanity, an organisation that shares our vision for enabling financial security and independence by increasing access to housing. Working in partnership with families, Habitat for Humanity and their 4,000+ volunteers have provided safe homes to thousands in need all over the world.

In addition to the volunteering and fundraising activities at home, our broader global social responsibility activities include:

  • Advocating for financial literacy – we provide training and educational seminars that support financial security.
  • Investing in our local communities – we provide funds and data resources for community research, looking at issues ranging from assessing the impact of changes to the economy to measuring under-banked populations.
  • Enabling housing initiatives – we support initiatives ranging from transitional housing to homelessness and foreclosure reduction efforts.
