We’re continuously refreshing our aerial imagery service and have just released updated imagery for parts of Auckland and Waikato, as well as a number of other areas.
This update includes imagery that was commissioned to be flown by CoreLogic, and is therefore exclusively available through our solutions. This follows on from a release earlier this year that covered areas of Queenstown, Wanaka and Te Anau.
With 100% cloud-free coverage of New Zealand properties, CoreLogic’s aerial imagery service offers you a high-resolution bird’s eye view of property, infrastructure and landscapes. Useful when you want to gain an understanding of buildings and their surrounds, or identify correct properties or addresses, our aerial imagery can also be layered with our StreetMap BaseMap or other geospatial datasets for even greater context and insights.

Why CoreLogic imagery?
CoreLogic’s aerial imagery provides a high-resolution, detailed view of properties right across Aotearoa. Images are colour corrected and orthorectifed to a defined accuracy, meaning you’re unlikely to see tall buildings on an angle or appearing to sit over the boundary of the land parcel they’re located on. This makes it ideal for measurement purposes or for overlaying other spatial datasets.
With regular updates, and backed by SLAs and service support, our aerial imagery service is suitable for use in most web, mobile and GIS applications.
This imagery is available in our core solutions, including Property Guru, PropertyHub, Emap, AddressRight and CoreLogic Basemaps (NZ Imagery), and via our Imagery Web Service.
