As CoreLogic International's CEO, Lisa keeps the wheels of the business turning. This includes overseeing all our operations across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and emerging markets.
Lisa’s previous role was as the Executive Director of ING’s Australian operations. There, she led the retail and commercial banking units and managed accountabilities across multiple countries.
Lisa started her career in law, practising as a barrister and serving as senior counsel for a fully diversified financial services group. With this background, she brings a unique mix of commercial and governance expertise to her role at CoreLogic. Combining this with her deep understanding of customer behaviour, Lisa has steered data- and digital-led strategies to take CoreLogic to the next level on the world stage.
With her passion for helping others, Lisa has also been active on not-for-profit boards throughout her executive career. She currently serves as a director of Loreto Kirribilli.
Lisa is highly regarded as a leader in the Australian banking and finance industry. She regularly publishes and presents on key issues and trends, and judges high-profile awards both for financial services and the legal profession.

With a career spanning multiple industries, Simone has a proven track record in lifting top-line growth, managing profit and loss, and developing go-to-market strategies and target operating models. She has also racked up numerous sales and customer awards.
After starting out in broadcasting and financial services, Simone has spent most of her career working in IT and technology. Her credentials include 14 years with the Vodafone Group in leadership roles in New Zealand, Germany and the UK, and leading global sales divisions and strategic partnerships in the US. Before joining CoreLogic, she was Head of Client Relationships at AMP Wealth Management, where her team supported over 400 business and 200,000 consumer clients.
As a globally experienced business leader, Simone believes that customer focus is critical, and that culture, collaboration and empowerment are the keys to solving problems and achieving the best outcomes. She also understands how companies can use technology effectively to meet customer needs in more sustainable ways.
Giving back to the community is another of Simone’s passions. Drawing on her governance skills, she holds several board positions within the non-for-profit sector.

His move into corporate property leadership roles was driven by a passion for technology and product innovation. He particularly enjoys designing, developing and delivering data-enabled property lifecycle workflow platforms and analytics.

With 20 years’ experience under her belt, Rakalene has designed many data-driven solutions for customers across the telecommunications and real estate sectors, working in both the B2B and B2C arenas. It’s no surprise that Rakalene has earned a reputation as an innovator in her field.
Before joining the CoreLogic team, Rakalene’s extensive and varied career included launching a new telecommunications company in South Africa, overseeing the first iPhone launch for an Australian telco, and working with leading global brands like CSG International and Virgin Mobile.

Brent is a dedicated technology strategist, who brings to CoreLogic a wealth of experience in product development and engineering.
Serving as Chief Technology Officer of CoreLogic International, Brent knows how to leverage the power of tech to deliver world-class experiences for customers and employees. He has successfully built and led high-performing product development and engineering teams to drive continuous cultural, organisational and digital transformation.
Before joining CoreLogic, Brent’s career spanned the technology lifecycle with leading brands and start-ups including IAG, Woolworths, Optus, Travelocity, Lumina Technologies and the National Broadband Network.
Brent also frequently appears on the international speaking circuit discussing all things tech.

Tim is the founder and Research Director of CoreLogic’s Asia–Pacific research division (formerly RP Data). In this capacity, he manages a team of specialists across Australia and New Zealand, bringing more than 15 years’ experience across property markets to the role.
Recognised as a leading authority on residential property, Tim regularly provides expert commentary on real estate market conditions, demographic trends and economic factors.
Tim enjoys sharing his knowledge with diverse audiences: from first-time home buyers right up to the Reserve Bank of Australia. He regularly appears on national television news and lifestyle programs including Channel 7’s Sunrise, and he’s often quoted in the country’s top business publications such as the Australian Financial Review, the Sydney Morning Herald and The Australian.
As one of Australia’s most popular property market analysts and commentators, Tim’s expertise is frequently sought by government bodies and regulators, as well as national and international corporate entities across the property, banking and financial sectors.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Business from the Queensland University of Technology, specialising in information management.

Mark heads up CoreLogic’s sales team, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Before joining CoreLogic, he spent 30 years in sales strategy and leadership roles – most recently as Chief Sales Officer for Plenti (PLT-ASX), a technology-led consumer lending and investment business.
During am 18-year stint with ING, Mark held a range of leadership positions – for instance, as Head of Third Party Distribution and Direct Mortgages, where he led a team of over 120 people.
Mark’s professional expertise includes formulating and implementing strategy, leading multi-channel distribution and customer segments, and creating high-performance sales environments. He also has extensive experience in corporate governance, risk management, and profit and loss.
As well as being a leader in financial services, Mark is passionate about playing team sports and supports a number of community organisations.

As Head of Marketing for Australia and New Zealand, Matt brings CoreLogic’s brand and product profile to life. He’s incredibly passionate about building high-performance marketing teams that drive businesses forward.
As a commercially minded marketer, Matt has gained extensive financial services experience working for brands and agencies across Australia, Europe and the UK. Before joining the CoreLogic team, he held several leadership roles with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, most recently as Head of Marketing for the retail banking division.
Matt has a strong track record across all areas of marketing, from customer acquisition and lifecycle management to marketing analytics, digital marketing and strategy. In 2017, he was recognised for his expertise as a scholar of The Marketing Academy.
Matt’s professional drive is fuelled by his passions outside the office, which include sailing and adventure travel.

She’s also responsible for developing talent and organisational capabilities so that CoreLogic can accelerate its growth strategy and hold its own in a global economy.
With more than two decades of progressive business and human resources experience, Kate has held leadership roles across a variety of industry sectors. This has included executive HR roles at Sparke Helmore Lawyers, the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, King & Woods Mallesons and AMP.
Kate’s strong track record in mergers and acquisitions, as well as in leading transformational change within global firms, has positioned her for success at CoreLogic.
Kate holds a Bachelor of Education from the Australian Catholic University and a Master of Commerce (HR Management) from the University of New South Wales. She is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

She started her career as a qualified Chartered Accountant in the UK, before moving to Australia with PricewaterhouseCoopers, leading its Private Client Enterprise Group. Lisa later transitioned to a role as a senior finance leader in the property industry.
Lisa has a strong personal commitment to developing and leading high-performing teams, working with them to drive strategic initiatives and deliver value to CoreLogic and its customers. With her passion for growing talent in the industry, she is also an active mentor and role model for junior finance professionals.

Heading up the Legal, Risk and Compliance division, she’s responsible for protecting intellectual property rights, while managing corporate compliance and mitigating risk across Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
With 20 years of experience in both private practice and in-house corporate and commercial roles, Agrita thrives on finding innovative solutions to complex legal problems. Her expertise helps ensure we always deliver value to our customers. Agrita also has a strong track record when it comes to implementing and embedding a risk management culture within organisations. This includes leading complex cross-functional projects and managing data governance and protection.
As a mentor, Agrita is incredibly passionate about building high-performing legal and risk teams who are also commercially minded problem solvers. She’s devoted to developing the next generation of legal talent by encouraging them to find their voice, to challenge the status quo and to raise the bench mark for excellence.

Drawing on his experience in the banking industry, Tom offers valuable insights into customer needs. By working closely with our customer-facing teams, he keeps his finger on the pulse of what customers really want. This helps ensure we always apply a customer-centric design to our solutions.
Tom is committed to driving change and continuous improvement across the NZ property industry. He was responsible for the local launch of CoreLogic’s industry-leading platform, PropertyHub, which involved partnering with some of our key customers to build, pilot and roll out the platform.
Tom also holds a degree in anthropology. He believes this has helped him fine-tune his observational skills so he can gain a deeper perception into people and culture.

Jono is our head mapping maestro, covering both the Australian and New Zealand geographies. He leads the development and operations of CoreLogic’s geospatial platform; the system that allows our location-rich data to be fed into our products and client solutions.
Geospatial data is a digital representation of the physical world, which enables unique insights into everyday issues that often can’t be gleaned through traditional data analysis. Jono is passionate about the opportunities geospatial offers, and is driven by working with and learning from his team of experts that he considers ‘the best in the business’.
With over 15 years’ experience in the geospatial field, Jono has worked on initiatives throughout New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific. He brings to his role an in-depth knowledge of the ArcGIS suite of technologies that power CoreLogic’s geospatial products and services.
In 2015–16, he oversaw the rollout of VanuaGIS in Fiji; a modern and robust geospatial platform that enabled the Fijian Government to administer its location-based assets. When Severe Tropical Cyclone Winston hit the Fijian mainland, Jono and his team worked on the ground alongside the Fijian Government, the United Nations and UNICEF, using VanuaGIS to create a single view of information to support the coordination of a united response.

Hannah is our local marketing guru. As well as looking after marketing for CoreLogic NZ, she also supports our insurance clients in both New Zealand and Australia.
Hannah has been with CoreLogic for 8 years, working in our customer support and sales teams before moving into marketing. This has given her a deep understanding of our solutions and how our customers engage with them.
Hannah thrives on her varied role, which includes developing campaigns, managing events and sponsorships, and working closely with industry partners. As our resident wordsmith, she takes care of all things content-related – from brand management to our website and social media. She also plays an important role in publishing and promoting the work of our research experts.
Hannah is passionate about spreading the word of the exciting work we do at CoreLogic. She has been instrumental in launching a number of our new solutions into market and in the rebrand of our consumer website, Property Value.

CoreLogic has a unique range of property information assets to support the insurance sector - from determining the exact location of risk, to estimating the rebuild cost for Sum Insured purposes, through to complete Claims Assessment workflow platforms. My role is helping insurers understand the insurance solutions available and working within CoreLogic to ensure that such solutions evolve to meet their changing requirements.
I have worked with property data for the past 14 years, helping some of New Zealand’s largest companies and government departments improve their processes and services through effective deployment of property data. In the past 6 years, I have specialized in the insurance sector and am a regular media commentator on the sector.

As a Client Executive I am responsible for the strategy and growth of the entire non-Real Estate portfolio for CoreLogic NZ. I also work closely with the key accounts I manage to develop solid and trusting relationships by delivering data-driven insights and solutions to help clients make informed decisions whilst driving their business forward.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in 2006 from the University of Auckland and also hold a Masters in Technology Management from UNSW Australia. Since then, I have worked across various industries with positions ranging from Technical Consultant, Product Manager, and Account Manager through to Business Development Manager. The skill-sets I obtained from my qualifications and work experience enable me to have great success in finding out-of-the-box solutions for clients whilst building and maintaining relationship with key decision makers, establishing large volume, profitable accounts with high levels of retention and loyalty for CoreLogic.

Kelvin joined CoreLogic in March 2018 as Senior Research Analyst, before moving into his current role of Chief Economist. He brings with him a wealth of experience, having spent 15 years working largely in private sector economic consultancies in both New Zealand and the UK. Because of this Kelvin is well practised in applying macroeconomic trends and data to the property market, both residential and commercial.
In his role with CoreLogic Kelvin’s focus is on keeping up to date with what’s going on in the property market and continually finding different ways for viewing and interpreting it. Kelvin’s economics background means that he knows his way around a spreadsheet, but more importantly he always puts more emphasis on providing the key insights and telling a story, whether his audience be clients or the media.
