Vendor Perceptions of Real Estate Agents 2018
Vendor Perceptions of Real Estate Agents is a new report seeking to understand the quality of real estate agent performance in New Zealand and how it matches - or misses - the expectations that vendors have when selling their homes.
The survey attracted more than 900 respondents – identified through our consumer database and social media channels – who rated and ranked their experiences and the behaviours and skills in which they thought their agents had excelled, or performed poorly.
The report identifies what excellence in real estate sales service looks like and how to lift standards more broadly across the local industry. The report delivers insights into agent market knowledge, professionalism, and agent training standards and ways to improve these.
