What does improved data mean?
There is now more attribute data available in RPNZ, including:
These changes will help you get a better understanding of a particular property by seeing how many bedrooms and bathrooms it has, what materials it’s built from, and other useful details.
Attributes that have been significantly improved include:
- Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Car Spaces
- Floor and Land Area
- Decade Built
- Ownership Type e.g. Freehold, Leasehold
- External Wall Materials
- Roof Materials
- Veranda / Deck features
- Units of use
- Site Cover
Also laying the groundwork for further development, with plans to renovate RPNZ already underway. Future updates include the new Signature Reports tool, to help you to create more customisable, professional-looking reports, and improvements to the RPNZ mapping tool.
