On 1 January 2014, PropertyIQ NZ Limited and Terralink International limited officially came together as CoreLogic NZ Limited. This comes after the Commerce Commission cleared the merger between the two businesses in November 2013.

The leading New Zealand property intelligence and geospatial data companies announced in July 2013 that they had agreed to merge their operations to create one company with complementary, innovative, technology-based services.

The new entity’s name CoreLogic NZ reflects its membership of the global CoreLogic business, a leader in business data and analytics within the United States, Australia and United Kingdom.

The merger is intended to enhance the capabilities and services the two companies are able to provide to clients and is a response to the increasing demand for more integrated data delivery, both here and globally.
