Updates to Property Guru Login Page: Further Information

We are making some updates to our Property Guru login page.

These updates mean that all users will be required to accept our general terms and conditions when they login to Property Guru.

You can access our online terms and conditions. The terms are also accessible in the Property Guru platform.

I am an account holder/principal, what does this update mean for me?

We confirm that you have already accepted the general terms and conditions as part of your agreement with CoreLogic.

When you subscribed to Property Guru, you agreed to these terms. This agreement binds you, the organisations or people you represent, and all of your users in their access and use of the Property Guru platform.

There are no changes to these terms. We are simply updating the process by which your users acknowledge and accept these terms.

I am a permitted user, what does this update mean for me?

If you are a permitted user of the Property Guru platform, your account holder/principal has agreed to comply with the general terms and conditions when accessing and using the Property Guru platform. This also applies to your access and use of Property Guru.

This means that you must only access and use Property Guru in accordance with the access rights and restrictions in the general terms and conditions.

There are no changes to these terms. We are simply updating the process by which you as a user of Property Guru acknowledge and accept that you agree to comply with these terms as they relate to access and use of the Property Guru platform.

I have a master licence agreement with CoreLogic, what does this update mean for me?

We confirm that that these updates do not impact your Master Licence Agreement with CoreLogic.

Your rights to access and use Property Guru are set out in your Master Licence Agreement with CoreLogic. Your platform users right to access Property Guru arise from your rights under the terms of your Master Licence Agreement with CoreLogic.

These updates do not affect this.
